I don't know where the name comes from, but it's a more advanced version of chandeliers. Place four cups in the center of the table, two with beer and two
without. Two people across from each other start by trying to get their quarters in the empty cups. Make it, pass the quarter. Miss, try again. Hit a full cup, drink it before you try again (and the cup is refilled). If the quarter catches up to you, you've been dog doo-ed and you drink both cups.

The buzz factor is significantly higher than any other quarters game I've ever seen. Part of the fun is when the quarter is catching up to someone who keeps having to drink because he or she is hitting the full cups. Panic adds to beer game fun. Try it. It's surprisingly fast.
