This is one that will piss off the unknowing who will kick themselves after they figure out the pattern! Ingredients: beer + people. The object is to be given permission to go camping by a "Camp Master" or "Troop Leader" or whatever. This person (you) needs to have at least one other person who knows the game, perhaps TWO if there are around 10-15 people. You begin by saying that you will go camping and will take with you something that begins with the FIRST letter of your FIRST name. THIS is the trick; to be able to go camping one must "take" something that begins with the same letter as the first letter of his/her name! The second person (we'll presume one that does NOT know the game) will take something and typically will be told by the "leader" that he/she CANNOT go camping. Frustration & laughter will mount as people who "take" legit camping items such as tents or sleeping bags CANNOT go camping when Barney just said that he is taking "B"agels and he was allowed to go camping. Not being given permission to go camping is penalized with a drink of zee beer. The game play ends when everyone finally figures it out or someone threatens violence if they are not told the "trick"!!
