It's similar to 'Boat Races' but with a great twist. Two teams line up on opposing
sides of a table, each member with a cup (plastic recommended) of beer. The lead off persons for each team chug their beers. When finished, they must place the cup upside down, half on/half off the table. Then the player flips the empty cup up from the bottom edge, attempting to land it right side up on the table (in case that was unclear, the cup needs to rotate 180 degrees and land on its bottom). As soon as the cup has landed correctly, the next player goes. The losing team must drink the full pitcher in the center of the table (I recommed having a large team).
