Beer Pancake Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup light beer

    Place ingredients in pan, bring to a slow boil to combine, serve warm. Keeps well in a sealed container in the fridge.
