Dan Bedell can trace his love of beer to the tender young age of 4, when his mother started adding brewer's yeast to his orange juice. Health fads have come and gone, but brewer's yeast continues to be a staple in Dan's diet.

Based in Carrollton, TX, Dan explores the beauty and subtleties of beer as a part-time free-lance writer, while working in corporate America to pay the rest of the bills. He is especially interested in gathering and chronicling data to create profiles of commercially available beer.
