Small and Tiny on-line Entry Form

To enter the 1996 Small and Tiny Homebrew Competition using this on-line entry form, you should:
  1. Fill out the recipe form, below, and Send Recipe form, once for each beer.
  2. Fill out and print out the bottle labels, once for each beer.
  3. Attach the bottle labels to your bottles (2 per entry).
  4. Write a check, payable to Spencer Thomas / Small & Tiny HC, for $5 per entry up to 2 entries, and $4 per entry if you are submitting 3 or more.
  5. Pack your bottles securely, and ship to the address below, to arrive no later than April 12.
