At four year's old, this 12-degree bottle-conditioned brew appears a
deep amber color with visible sediment. Complex aromas boldly proclaim an
estery, vinous, and rasiny character. The flavor begins with a slight sourness
that joins a fruity, peach character. The full mouthfeel combines with a mellow
smoothness and lingering fruitiness to produce an impressive but highly
drinkable seasonable brew.
