Ariving in a silk-screened pint bottle, the
Pipers Pale from Dunedin Brewery appears a dense amber in color. Beginning with
a malty sweet aroma, the tastebuds are next met by a medium body, big
mouthfeel, and big malty character that starts slightly sweet but evens out
from a building hop bitterness. A late dry malty character follows the hops and
results in a dry finish. Overall, a very nice effort. Look for it around
Florida via Microman Distributor.
