The Traditional Bronze from Pacific Western Brewing Company comes in at 5% alcohol and appears a clear straw color. A slight hop bitterness accompanies a dry, pale maltiness. The carbonation is noticable and the malt hints of six-row origins. The 341 ml (12-ounce) bottles are twist-off but the caps are pressed on. No doubt a cost saving move on the part of the brewery that touts it operation dating back to 1957.
