This gold colored draught beer
features a thick white head on top of its big body. A hoppy flavor balance
results from the great "noble" hops asserting themselves over the big malty
character. Finishing cleanly, this one goes great with pizza. Which is exactly
the combination available at small restaurants around Prague's Wenseslaus
Square. In the U.S. the bottled product is now being imported by Czech Beer
Importers of Darien, Connecticut. Brewed since 1466, the family brewery has so
far endured the trying economic times in the Czech Republic and remains a
member of the Czech Independent Brewers. The great taste supports the theory
that some things are timeless.
