Golden City Brewing Beers
The 1994 Centurion
Barley Wine originates from Golden, Colorado's second largest brewery,
Golden City Brewing. At five years old, the brew pours a clear, deep
amber, showing light carbonation. A great heavy, malty, alcoholic aroma first
presents itself. Next, an extremely mellow but big malty sweet flavor takes
over. The warmth starts early and lasts well into the finish. In this case,
"big is beautiful."
