Bright gold in color, the well carbonated brew starts
smooth and malty. Soon, a crisp bitterness begins to come through. The flavor
balance revolves around a nice pale malt sweetness that lasts throughout. This
12-degree lager comes in at 5% alcohol by volume. For weight watchers, the
label describes the contents and quantifies the energy potential as 44
kilo-calories per 100 milliliters of beer. The bottled beers are pasteurized
and get a freshness date stamped to their front label. The Doktor is in,
