The bottled 2001 Bock Holiday winter seasonal from Rio Grande Brewing does not dissapoint. A clear, deep, copper color, it exudes a very reich malty aroma. With a smooth mouthfeel and medium body, the even malty flavor comes across with a great creaminess. It ends with a clean finish that can only lead to the desire for another. A very nice effort from the boys in Albuquerque.
