I agree that this is a really good book.... After reading Domenick
Venezia's rave review, I couldn't resist and bought it right away.
Ordered it Thursday, showed up Monday.

I am biased toward Papazian's TNCJHB but after going thru John's book,
I wish I had started out with this instead. I also wish I had this
book when I went to all grain a year ago... FINALLY, all the formulas
and conversion tables in ONE PLACE! Totally awsome job John - nicely
done!
