1 12 oz.bottle of Porter beer (Banjo uses Deschutes Black Butte Porter)
3/4 head of Cabbage - chopped
3 cloves fresh garlic (1 tsp garlic powder)
2 inches fresh Oregano (1 tbsp dried)
2 inches fresh Rosemary (1 tsp dried)
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Season Salt
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Lightly brown sausage with garlic. Add onions and Celery - saute until translucent. Pour off grease and add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, cover, and lower heat to medium-low.
Cook for about an hour.
Good served with fresh Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a good dipping bread on the side.
