Talking Swap For Some Texas Brews

HEY FOLKS. ANYBODY NEED ANYTHING FROM DOWN HERE IN THE LONESTAR STATE? I AM INTERESTED IN TRADING WITH SOMEONE FOR SOME THINGS FROM THE MIDWEST AND OR NORTHEAST.
I HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHING FROM TEXAS, NEW BELGIUM, ALLOT OF OTHER WEST COAST ITEMS. IM NOT REALLY INTO THE VINTAGE STUFF. JUST SOME GOOD CLEAN HOPPY BEERS THAT I CANT GET.

well, for good clean hoppy beers, I'd probably suggest either my local craft brewer, Summit, that makes a pretty good pale ale, or the next step up would be any of the Bell's... Check out Bell's Beers ... If you want a hoppy IPA, check out the info on Two Hearted Ale, they're not kidding....

I HERE A LOT OF PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THE TWO HEARTED ALE AND THE EXPEDITION STOUT. ARE THEY THAT GOOD? DOES SCHELL BREWERY STILL OPERATE UP IN NEW ULM? I HAD A VERY GOOD HEFE WEIZEN MADE BY THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING FROM SUMMIT. WHAT DO YOU RECOMEND? I LIKE HOPS , PORTERS AND STOUTS. NOT TO HIGH ON REALLY MALTY BEERS RIGHT NOW. I GUESS IM GOING THROUGH THE CHANGE OF LIFE. DOES ANYONE UP THERE MAK A GOOD ALT BEER.

AS FAR AS DOWN HERE I KNOW I CAN GET THE CELIS PALE BOCK AND MAYBE THE WHITE SOON. I HAVE ACCESS TO SEVERAL GOOD BEERS OUT OF LOUISIANA (ABITA BREWERY AND DIXIE BLACKEND VOODOO) WE ALSO HAVE THE SAINT ARNOLDS BREWERY DOWN IN HOUSTON. THE BAD PART ABOUT TEXAS IS THAT OUR BREWPUBS CANT BOTTLE AND SELL. THEY CAN ONLY RELEASE FROM THE SITE IN GROWLERS. ALLOT OF GOOD PUB BEER BUT THAT DOES NOT HELP YOU OUT ANY.

Schells makes a "Schmaltz's Alt" that is quite good... Schell's

How about a sixer of the Schmaltz Alt and a sixer of Two Hearted Ale for a sixer of the Celis White and a sixer of Abita Turbodog?

Talking ZiegenBock

I would love to get some ZiegenBock. I have not had that since I lived in Dallas, 6 years ago. I live in MD now, and they have some FANTASTIC microbrews. I would recommend Clipper City Gold Ale (one of the best beers I have ever had) and Oliver's Ironman Pale Ale. If you could get me some ZiegenBock, I would surely get you some of this or something else you may like to try.

ZiegenBock

For sure. It is pretty good stuff. I have only ever had the IPA. It is on tap at a lot of pubs in Baltimore. There is a beer store a block from me that has the IPA and I am pretty sure they have the porter too. I would glady send you a six of each, for a 12 of ZiegenBock. Email me if you are interested, so we can work out the details. sundey@hotmail.com

I can offer Geary's products of which I would suggest their Pale Ale and Hampshire Ale, which is not thought to be a beer for other than cool temps.

I can get Brooklyn Brewery beers too. Their IPA is an interesting one.
