Has anyone completed any trades between the US and Canada?
My cousin here in WI has been corresponding with a guy "up there" who has some nice Belgian ales that are not imported into the US.
Are there any customs or border inspections to worry about??

I hate to say this but,

Good News:
Yes it is legal to ship beer from canada to the US
-For testing reasons only(taste test included)
-Only via UPS

Bad news:
UPS international is not cheap
Package not insured
Conditions can be bad(In the summer a UPS truck can reach 130 easily)


If you decide to ship brew DO NOT MENTION that to the clerk, It causes problems that eat time and energy.

Your invoice on the package should be labled "Malt beverage for testing" with a value of $1.00
