WI. - Big Eddy beers to be featured at Trocadero dinner

http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/entert...180985771.html
By Carol Deptolla of the Journal Sentinel
Malt-driven beers that are a natural for winter's chill will be on the menu when Trocadero Gastrobar pours Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Co.’s Big Eddy beers with four courses on Dec. 5.

Here’s the dinner menu: Moroccan vegetable pastries served with Baltic porter; braised beef cheeks, with Russian imperial stout; a cheese course, with imperial IPA; and bread pudding, with wee heavy Scotch ale.

Grant Holtackers, trade brewer for MillerCoors' Tenth and Blake craft beer division and a certified beer cicerone, will talk about the featured beers.

The dinner is $40 and begins at 7 p.m. For reservations, call Trocadero at (414) 272-0205. The restaurant is at 1758 N. Water St.
