Help.....

I live in South Carolina so I am at the mercy of "blue laws". Consequently, I can't get my hands on anything with a ABV over 6%. Does anyone yearn for anything from this neck of the woods that would be willing to trade for something I'm otherwise unable to get? Chimay, Stone Brewing, etc...etc... I feel so deprived.

Thanks for any help

Thanks....

I would say that the most interesting, non-readily available nationwide brews in my area are produced by: "Highland Brewing" (Asheville NC) "Dogwood Brewing" (Atlanta) "Sweetwater Brewing" (Atlanta) "Palmetto" (Charleston).

Dogwood makes a nice stout and Sweetwater makes an interesting Blueberry lager. Sounds strange but it's actually quite good. All of the above have quite a diverse line including seasonals... I also go to Helen Ga. with some frequency and they have an extremely diverse selection of German beer.

Beer swap

Payson:
My wife subscribed to a Beer of the Month club for me a few years ago. One of the beers sent to me was a Sweetwater brew although I forgot which one.
If you are interested in trade, let me know. I would be interested in Sweetwater's ESB, Exodus, IPA or 420. Also I see they have a winter festive ale which looks interesting.
I don't know what you are looking for so let me know. Locally I can get my hands on Three Floyds, Aberdeen, Mishawaka Brewing Company, and Back Road Brewery. I also am in Chicago every work day, so I have acess to Sam's Winery store, which has a lot of Micro's...

Middle Ages here in Syracuse has 3 big beers that my wife and I both enjoy and a fourth that I like but is not my wife's favorite style.

They have a Scot Ale. barelywine, and a style they invented called a Brithish Tripel. Those are the 3 my wife and i both enjoy. They also have an imperial IPA. The Great Lake Brewing news reported that it was outselling Arrogant Bastard in some areas.

If you're interested, I'll let you khow what I would like.
