Hey bobcat,
I may have some beers of interest for you!

I have some Hair of the Dog. In my cellar, I currently have a couple of the Doggy Claus (magnum bottles-one of them fed my whole extended family on Christmas Day! Big beer!). I also have some 12 oz bottles of Golden Rose and Fred. Bell's Third Coast is accessible where I live so I could pick up some of that for you as well.

I would love the Hardy's 97 or 98. I have 95,96,99. Also any of the Wayerbacher beers. Never had them, and not available here in MN.

If you're interested, let me know!

Smile The Package Arrived!!!

Thanks Dave!!!!!!!!!
Everything arrived today to my brothers he said everthing looks great! I wouldn't let him open it out of fear it would be gone before I could pick it up. It's better that he doesn't know what's inside.

Thanks again! Lets do it again! I have things available and can get access to most mid-Atlantic beers.

Cheers!

beer is here!

Much to my delight, the UPS van showed up this afternoon with a package for me! Of course I opened it as soon as I got it! Everything in great shape! Another beer trade sucessfully completed! I can't wait to try the beers, they all look excellent! This is better than Christmas morning when I was a kid! Thanks again, and if you want to do another trade, just let me know! Cheers!

interested in some Hair of the Dog "Adam"?

I was in one of my favorite beer stores this weekend and noticed that they were selling magnums of Hair of the Dog Adam on sale for $10 each!!! I picked up a couple of them. If your interested would you like to swap or trade or purchase one of them from me? Let me know if your interested. Thanks!

Dave M.

ps. How's the other beer going down for you? I've not sampled all you sent me yet, but I've had a few of them, all very good. Particularly impressed with the Raspberry Stout, and I'm normally not a fruit beer fan. It would be wonderful paired with a rich chocolate cake or a slice of cheese cake! (I had it with cherry pie.)

Dave,

I can get Stoudt's:

Scarlet Lady
Pale Ale
Gold
Fest

Maybe
Mia Bock
Winter
Let me know what you want. They are between $1.69-$1.89 a bottle. I could get you 6 and then pay for a bottle(total 2 Hair of the Dog)?

Thanks,
David

Thanks for the message and info on Stoudt's! I would be most interested in the Maibock and Winter, if you can get them or any other seasonals of they are out or still available. My order of preference on the rest would be Fest, Scarlet, Pale Ale, then Gold. If there are any other local or regional breweries that are "must tries" in your opinion, I'd love to try them. I'm willing to trade for one of the Adam beers or both if you are willing. Honestly, I'd rather receive beer over cash! Especially if it's quality beer that I can't get here! I went to the store that was selling the Adam today and bought the last 3 bottles they had. So I bought 5 and had one today! I took today and tomorrow off of work, and have been working around the house. Let me just say the Adam beer is one of the best beers I've ever had! Big, strong, complex, aromatic, simpley awesome! Let me know what you want to send me and I'll get 2 big bottles in the mail to you asap! Cheers!

Dave,

Have you had any Victory or Troegs beer? Can get both of their beers and I like them as much as Stoudts. Stoudts triple abbey is excellent and one of my local favorites but you rarely find it in bottles. What style to you like best? Both Victory and Troegs have web sites if you want to check them out. Mad Elf from troegs was only available on draft other than that must stuff is available Victory's V10 is out of reach but I might be getting some V12. Definitely would like 2 bottles of the Dog!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks,
David

I can get a few of Victory's beers here and have loved every one I've had. I've been able to try the Hopdevil, Weizen Dopple Bock, Golden Monkey and the V10. I went to their website and found some others I'd love to try, St. Victorious, Sunset Dunkel and the Scottish. These might be draft only beers, I don't know. I didn't see anything about the V10 or V12 on thier website. I have not heard about the V12, I'm sure it's good tho! I've had Troeg's Pale Ale and ESB, both wonderful. I'd like to try Troegenator, Oatmeal Stout and the Holiday beer, if you can obtain them. As you can tell, I like big strong beers with lots of flavor, strength and body. Let me know what you can get and we'll work out a trade!
Cheers,
Dave

Dave,

Here is what I have been able to get:
-Stoudts Abbey Triple(765ml) awesome I haven't seen it available in close to a year and tonight I walk in and there is a bottle looking at me!!! My favorite 9-10% Belgian.
-Stouts Scarlet Lady
-Stoudts Fest
-Troegs Hopback
-Troegs Qatmeal Stout
-Tröegs Troegenator Doublebock
-Troegs Pale Ale
-Heaveyweights Pericuno's Hammer Imperial Stout(most excellent)
-Sam Adams Double Bock
-Neuzeller Kloster-Bräu Original Badebier (Bathbeer)-great smoked beer

That is $20.00 worth. Some is not what you requested but the best I could do at this time. If you don't want the last 2 I could take them out and throw in a couple bucks or maybe an Ommegang or something. Let me know what you want to do.
Thanks,
David

Sounds good to me! I'll take an Ommegang over the last two if that's ok with you. If not, no big deal, the last two are excellent beers also! Shall we call it a deal and send them out?
