Summer of 2011 I traveled through Kitchener and Toronto. I had several craft beers and one Keith's IPA. One was plenty. I think everyone should have to drink one so that they understand what my friend Lynn is trying to do on Twitter with her #KeithsIsNotAnIPA tag. She has been doing a daily tag towards to @Alexanderkeiths (who, by the way, have locked down their twitter account so you can't read it) She's @BGCanary, and drinks a lot of good beer. Worth a follow.

My favorite crafts in the Toronto area were from Mill Street. Their Tank House Ale was awesome. Dry-hopped, but almost a reddish-brown, with a nice bitterness and hop aroma. I could drink a boatload of that. Not sure if it was an "IPA" though. I also enjoyed SteamWhistle. Yes, it's a pilsner, but not made with Corn. I had it on tap. Quite enjoyable, but then I like Czech-style pilsners. It's the only style of beer they make. It was like, a million times better than Keith's.
