YUM! If it is anything like the Alaskan SP it should be very nice. I only have an occasional source for New Glarus products directly from Wisc. A friend who hails from Eau Claire who make treks home now and then. I'm not sure if they are available at Chevy Chase Liquors.

drinking right now...

the strangest thing happened the other day... word of mouth had it that this little hole in the wall dive bar put Chimay on draft in a neighboring town 5 mins drive from my house. there were plenty of doubters including myself, but lo' and behold there she was. I've had trouble trying to stay out of the place lately. $6 per glass served in appropriate stemware. i cant believe it still. its probably 1 of 10 places that have the Cinq Cents on draft on the whole east coast and this place is about as far from a "beer bar" as you can get... in the middle of nowhere, mostly redneck hunters at this place, yet everyone is drinking it!!! its like the twilight zone. a great twilight zone!

You can if you live only 15 minutes from the state line.

Which would be bringing their beer INTO IL, NOT "getting it IN" IL.

Send along your passbook account number, your PayPal account references, and a sixer of home-brew, and we'll talk!

S.

Seriously, Fret has been bugging me to get him some NG for a while, but I just don't get up to Wisconsin as often as I used to. Last week's trips were unplanned, for reasons that weren't good -- just took advantage when time allowed.
