Cool gadgets or brew supplies for Christmas?

I added all kinds of suggestions with links to websites for brew supplies to my list this year. I ended up with two "recipe" books. I was hoping for faucets and collars, etc to upgrade my kegerator.

Clone Brews by Tess and Mark Szamatulski
and
The Homebrewer's Recipe Guide by Patrick Higgins, Maura Kate Kilgore and Paul Hertlein.

Clone Brews has a clone of Moose Drool in it. I brewed one in the past but mine was darker. I was surprised to see mine was almost the same except I used darker specialty malts in larger quantities than the clone.

The Homebrewer's Recipe Guide is cool because it doesn't list AA, mash temps or schedules, OG and FG, etc. It is designed to be a guide and let you the brewer decide the rest of the details on your own.

What is Moose Drool like? I've heard the name a lot and never had it myself.

Moose Drool is a Montana brewed brown ale that is really delicious, but since it's only around 5% ABV and not excessively hopped it doesn't get much beergeek love.

So nobody got any new brew gear? How about tweeks you have done to your brewery's in 2012 or plan to do in 2013?

I had given to me around Halloween about 15-20 ft of copper coil that I am going to make into a pre-chiller for my immersion chiller and still have to drill the holes in a stainless mash paddle that I picked up over the summer and haven't used yet. I also found a range hood vent at a resale store for $15 that I am going to install on the exterior wall in my "new" garage for the boil vapor and exhaust for my burner.

I received a Blichmann Beer Gun and a 2.5 gallon keg! Nicely rounds out my gear! I do wish I knew the sizings on the beer gun for the attachment kit. 20 bucks seems like a bunch of money for a couple of small parts. Anyone know if I can part out the attachments myself? (For connecting the gun to the CO2 tank).

My local HB shop had parts that I used rather that buying the kit. Hose I picked up at my local beer distributor as they sell kegerator parts. Good luck.

BTW, I received a freezer for Xmas that I plan on converting into a keezer.
