New Collaboration Beer Kits!
Midwest is proud to present three new recipe kits! We personally worked with the brewers behind these beers to create the kits - and it's been a blast. We toured breweries, made cross-country phone calls, exchanged emails, drafted recipes, ran trial batches, tweaked the recipes and brewed them again. We did everything we could to nail down these kits until we were happy with the results!
In a few words, we've been busy brewing. Now it's time to share the fruit of our labor with you.
Maverick Amber Ale from Half Moon Bay Brewery is a delicious, complex malty and dry-hopped amber ale that is sure to please. Schell's Brewing Company Stout is host to intense chocolate and coffee aromas and flavors that are sure to bring comfort through a cold winter. We were delighted to work with BEAVR Homebrew Club out of California after having met them at the 2011 National Homebrewer Conference. We tried their Chocolate Covered BEAVR Nutz (inspired by the flavors of peanut butter cups!) and just had to have the recipe. Brew these up for yourself and enjoy!
