Join us as we tap this years vintage of fresh Hopslam! Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.

Six beers from Oskar Blues will be given its own tap tower for six weeks. A beer dinner will be conducted in February to pair will the delicious beers.

7:00 pm - 1:00 am ♦ Hopslam Release/ Firkin Tapping

Join us as we tap the beloved winter double IPA from Bell’s. We also will have firkin of Hopslam to have some fun with.

Join us at Standard Market for our tapping of this years Bell's Hopslam. In addition to the fantastic brew, we will be serving up Erin’s Best Ever Buffalo Wings at the bar. We also will be selling a limited amount of packaged Hopslam six packs.

Guys start growing the winter beards out now and we shall put them to the test!

Four different Sixpoint barrels including their new release, 3beans. The beans of bygone brewers, united with cacao and coffee, to create a trinity of roasted, rich, and savory flavors! Also, we will be featuring Sweet Action, Resin, and from the 'Spice of Life Series' Pacifica Single Hop.

30 gallons of our Andromeda milk stout spent a few weeks in a Koval Distillery Dark Rye Whiskey barrel. The result is a rich, roasty, subtly sweet stout with wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and booze. We'll be tapping some of it on Tuesday, January 22nd.

Join us for one of our widely popular Brewmaster Dinners. The event starts at 6:30 pm with a beer reception where attendees can sample their choice of any of our handcrafted beers. During the reception hour Brewmaster Rob Hunter and the brewing staff, will conduct tours of our brewery and explain the beer making process. During dinner our chef and Rob will passionately explain their handiwork and how it applies to each of the five delicious courses. The price for this unique culinary experience is $59.95 per person, plus tax. Brewmaster Dinners are held semi-annually at each of Emmett's 3 locations.

Bread and Wine's Chef Curtis Grable will serve four Sixpoint beers with four courses. They will also hold a public tasting for regular patrons from 6 to 7 pm. Tickets to the beer dinner are $50, tip and tax not included.
