First, I kegged my first batch of beer 4 weeks ago! yayyy!

Question is, I have a great head on the beer when it is poured. How much can I expect from bubbles rising up from the body of the beer? Is it as active as say a bottled beer or less?

2nd question is Aeration. I see oxygen and aquarium pumps available. Should I do the oxygen or the tank pump? I've read oxygen takes only 5-10 minutes versus more time with the pump. I'm concerned about bacteria with the pump.

I just want to make the best beer possible everytime! Without turning it too much into a scientific experiment!

Kegging seems like to give me more control over the carbonation. HOwever, if your tank is over presuurized then you are going to get too much foam.
