I have just ordered some disposable kegs with the CO2/Nitrogen tap and I am looking for a good stout recipe to make for them. Can someone help me out with one of their favorites.

Actually at this point in time that is the type of brewing that I do.

8 lbs - Alexanders light extract syrup
1.2 lb - Quaker oats (NOT instant)
3/4 lb - Black patent
1 lb - Chocalate barley
3/4 lb - Roasted Barley
1 3/4 oz - Nugget hops (60 min) - 12.5% AA
3/4 oz - Bullion hops (60 min) - 10.3% AA
1/4 oz - Nugget hops (10 min)
1 pkg - Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale, in starter

OG 1055
FG 1020
ABV ~4.5%

use 2 grain bags, 1 for oats, 1 for the rest. you should use at least 2-3gal boil. steep grains for about 30min.

my curiosity got the better of me and i ended up drinking about half of this within 1.5-2 months of brewing. i waited another month before having any more.. was way better! still got most of a case waiting for me til it gets cold outside!! its been about 5 months now since i brewed it.

my tasting notes after 3 months: strong coffee aroma; nice bitterness up front leading to chocolate then roasted notes with a very smooth finish, great balance, mouth-feel and body!
