I had 3 hours to hit some of San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter pubs, and here are my findings and recommendations:
Henry's Pub, pulls a very nice Stone IPA and Pale Ale. A+
Gaslamp Brewing Co. is closed.
Rock Bottom Brewery, weak & watery Pale Ale, Red Ale, and Stout. Don't bother with this one.
The Yard House, with over 100 brews on tap I could sit in there for a week!
The Stone Arrogant Bastard was superb, as was the Alesmith Pale, and Portland Highland Pale. A+
Didn't make it to Karl Strauss or Obrien's :(
But there's always next time...
