Just got back to NJ from CO, Alamosa that is. I saw a new business not yet open downtown called, I think, the San Luis Valley Brewery. Don't know if it's a brewpub or just a puke joint for the college crowd. Didn't have time to stop in as I was up against the wire with my trip schedule. I'm going out in the Spring and I'll know more then.

It is intented to be a brewpub with good food and live entertainment. Not sure when it's going to open though, but it sounds like they know what they are doing.

From the amount of tradesman on site, I would say there's a few dinari going into the place. I really hope it flies. The San Luis Valley area is about to be hit with some major California money, and it's a great time to be starting a business there, or buying a home for that matter. Moving to San Acacio by June or July, the good Lord willing.
