I'm looking for a personable, interesting beer/homebrewing expert for the second volume of an instructional bartending DVD series I'm producing (you can check out Volume 1 at http://www.artofthedrink.com). I have homebrewed before but only a few times, so I'm looking for a real master. Volume 1 is general bar and drink knowledge -- stuff like how to set up a home bar, mixing techniques, recipes, history, that sort of thing, but Volume 2 is going to focus specifically on beer and brewing. I need someone entertaining who preferably lives in the southeast US and would appeal to the 21-35yo crowd to co-host with me, appearance fee TBD.
