Polished Kegs

What is the best way to get a high polish on my system kegs? And I want to add polished copper accents. Any ideas?

A series of increasing grit sandpaper. Maybe start with 220, then wetsand with 400 and then some 0000 wool. This is how I polish everything from a tabletop to the hull of my friends boat. You should be able to search on "keg conversions"
Can't offer any advice on the copper add-ons.
