I see you haven't received much of a response; and I'm not really the one to ask. Even though I live here I have not been here long. And I mostly enjoy my beer at home. However I have been to a few pubs around the Phoenix area. I am not familiar with Tuscon or Flagstaff pubs either.
I would say it depends on what you are looking for. If the highest quality beer is what and you seek and a quiet place to enjoy them then try Papago Brewing (www.papagobrewing.com) in Scottsdale. It's small, quiet, and comfortable. You will find beer geeks and bartenders who really enjoy drinking and talking about great beer. On tap you will find a world-class selection as well as several outstanding local brews. A cooler on the premisis stocks over 400 of the finest beers you will find anywhere in one place, including many that are difficult to find.
Four Peaks in Tempe is a little more lively, has entertainment, and their beers are quite good. Although I have not been there, the beers of Sonora Brewing Co. are also good.

you can try theses site also theres one on this site.
if you want to know about the ratings on the beer you can put in the brewery on the search engine at ratebeer.com and the beers they serve will all come up with a rating.. every brewery is not on their site and all the different beers in those brewerys are probably not there either and most likely have only probably been rated by a handfull of people, but it may help.

I'd second the recommendation of Four Peaks. Try a 'Kiltlifter'. A little hoppy but not at all bitter and refreshing. also in Tempe, I'd try Bandersnatch http://www.bandersnatch-pub.com/home.html , like any good homebrewer, they don't filter their beers.
November in Phoenix is really pleasant, unlike today, for example. Good luck and enjoy yourself.

my suggestion to you is if you are driving stop into sadona, Az. there is a small micro-brewery there named after the local river, oak something. they only have a couple of vats but some serious beer.

That would be the Oak Creek Brewing Company. It is a quaint and beautiful area and their beers are excellent. It is about 2.5 hours from Phoenix.:D

there's lots of really great beer here in the valley of the sun. papago brewing at mcdowell and scottsdale rds in scottsdale is the center of the universe, as far as i'm concerned. 30 beers on tap, including locals, nationals, and internationals, and over 200 varieties from around the world bottled in the cooler.
as for a brewery itself, my favorite is rio salado (http://www.riosaladobeer.com), they make a variety of authentic german style beers and have a really nice taproom, even though it's a little hard to find. you can get directions from the website, and it's well worth doing so.
sonora brewing (http://www.sonorabrew.com/) is also really, really fine, they're on camelback road. uwe boer is an excellent brewmaster and they've just started bottling their killer dry-hopped stout (!) called "The Inebriator". the food there at the brewpub is topnotch and their casks are the best in the valley.
four peaks' kiltlifter is a wonderful beer, but i can't really recommend the restaurant. seems like the last few times i've been in there, it's been a bit hard to get a beer unless you're in a fraternity or sorority, not the greatest service in the world. pick up a sixpack instead almost anywhere in town.
those are my favorites around town that are indigenous to the area. there are rock bottom's and there's a bj's (which is actually really damn good), but for my money the local ones i mentioned are the absolute best.
