The bright side of being hoodwinked into manual labor at the mother-in-laws is that KClingers is 10 minutes away and according to their website Pride and Joy is on tap!!
Hooray for me!

We can get bottled Pride and Joy locally but have not had it on tap. Let us know how it is. I like the Tim Taylor avatar too.

Pride and Joy report: I'll make it short and sweet. Very good, not at all what I expected. Tasted exactly like a Chinook only IPA that a friend gave me.
Had a chance to get acase the next day and passed.

Still have a chance to get a case? Might have to work out a trade or something... ;)
I thought it was a terrific summer beer. Of course, winter is upon us, but they're now saying it's going to be a warm one...

Is that your Old Farmers Almanac? Around here it is supposed to be colder. According to the wooly worms. Actually I have heard it is going to be colder. Who know with the weather this year. We are already tied the most storms in 154 years with TS Wilma.

Yep - and 6 weeks to go, too, until the end of the season. Ought to get myself an almanac and see if it jibes with the newspaper headlines of a few days ago. Of course, everyone states their opinion on the matter as if they had a direct line to God and found out what was going to happen fromthe source... so we'll see.
