Ok I was told to keep this hush so I can't say anything publicly, but I am in need of a really good brew that will be ready for the month of March. I will be making 10 gallons of this to be named brew 5 to bottle and 5 to keg. Any suggestions for a good beer that is appropriate for the month of March? I was thinking a red ale since it was around St. Patty's day or maybe even a wee Heavy since it is still winter. Would a nice Mai Bock be to early? I'm all ears.

Traditionally, bocks(not mai(May) bock) are tapped in March. A carry over from the Franciscan monks of Paula tapping their beer(a bock) for sustenance during Lent.
So a malty, good Doppelbock might fit the bill.

St. Patty's would call for a Stout...and Imperial or smoked would be good with the still cool weather of March. The higher gravity of the Imperial would allow it to age nicely into next year...I have one going now that's been on the shelf for about two months....just waiting for things to cool off...
Eddy is correct on the Maibock, then there's always the Marzen....
