was down in texas and ran into a guy that wanted to clean out his garage a bit.

3 pratically new cornies, a 10# Co2 tank, a dual regulator for $20.

Of course they almost didn't let me on the plane coming home, but they did eventually.

whoohoo!



*** UPDATE: I picked up a chest freezer today for FREE!!! The woman had it out on the curb b/c the door wouldn't stay up, and would bonk her on the head. So I told her I would keep it out of the landfill for a while longer! WHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOHHOOOOOOOO!!!! I have had some very good Karma lately :D******

Wow great buy. I just bought 4 double handled cornies on ebay for a total of 104 includding shipping and handling. Makes that about 25 a piece a better buy than the 30 at the lhbs here. My 5lb co2 tank and regulator ran me 140 alone. You defintly scored and scored well!

Get brewing and fill those cornies!

Fort Worth and nope... sorry, i bought all the good stuff. :D I assume that he and his wife had quite a bit of discretionary income....nice house, everything new etc....

I am extremely happy for you regarding your purchase!!! When you said you scored I thought for a second that you were probably in the wrong forum, but I wanted to read all about it anyway!!!! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!

well i am married, so it isn't usually worth posting about those 'oppurtunities' on the internet. ;)
