Twain's Billiards and Tap is in the process of becoming a brewpub. In business in Decatur, GA for 10 years and an anchor in the community for good food, pool and darts and shuffleboard, and quality beer, we are ready to fulfill a long time personal dream. We have always featured micro/craft brews at Twain's (no macros on tap out of 21 handles), especially American ones. My brother and I are excited to make this move to brewing our own, and we are ready to interview brewers. Applicants must be experienced, preferably on a pub system, and approach their craft with passion, creativity, and hard work. Appetite for adventure is a must.
