My pale ale is finally ready, dudes!! I force carbonated one Tap-a-Draft container last Sunday, and tested its functioning today. It works beautifully, and I would, so far, recommend it to anyone. No excess foam at all on my first pour. I will have to replace the CO2 cartridges this evening, so I can get the rest of the beer out of the container, since the CO2 from the original cartridges got absorbed by the beer. Excellent pale ale, too! If anyone is interested in the recipe, I will be glad to give it out. Dry hopped with 1 oz. Cascade-------mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
