Dumb Question

Ive Recently aquired a Lambic (gueuze) that is at least 16 years old ,and was not stored very well . My question ,is it still drinkable or should I just keep as a Collector item ? Thanx for any advise.

I would try to contact the brewer, provided they are still in business, at get their advice. Who would know better if your beer is still drinkable?

If they are out of business, I would treat it as a collector's item.
