I am sitting here drinking an Ettaler Dunkle and I am thinking that this is a real good beer. I don't have the first clue how to do a beer review, so I won't even try. Nor do I understand how to pick out flavors. I just know I like it. Have any of you ever had it?

Don't worry about picking out out flavors. The first and most important thing is you like the beer. Tell us why you like it, it does not need to be as detailed as some guys can do.

I have not had but will have to lok for it.

I liked it becusae it had a little bit of sweetness to it but very little bitterness. I could have used slightly more carbonation, but maybe a fresher example - like getting one right in Ettal - would fix that.

You know - I drove right past there this summer when I was going from Ruette to Munich. Oh well!
