The past few times we've driven through Rolla we've seen a sign for The Chef's Pantry. It's tucked behind a gas station and not at all easy to get to, so we always just shine it on. Weeeeeeelllll, Yesterday Al turned around and we went in and found treasure!

and more and more and more (an entire WALL of beer!) and we kinda fell on the floor and started frothing at the mouth. I mean, Lebanon, Mo has a liquor store which has SOME good beer, but quite frankly we don't care for Lebanon and tend to go the other way to Rolla; otherwise it's a good 90 some miles to good beer! So here's a store selling premium beer a mere 45 miles from home, and a place we go to at least once a month (dog food) and I'm rambling, but I just stood there pointing and saying, OH, the guys have mentioned this beer, oh, the guys really like this beer, oh, the guys say this beer is out of this world! So I am happy beyond belief that maybe now I can try some of these while the names and tastes are still fresh in my mind.
