Does anyone here know if the yeast that boulevard uses at bottling is the same as the yeast that they use for fermentation of their wheat beer? I took one of the bottle conditioned bottles and got some yeast growing from it... Now I'm just trying to figure out if it is the strain that I'm looking for.
