So what's going on for the game?
At Casa Del Nazi we are having our second Super Bowl Party in a row. We are proving the meat and the homebrew, the rest is pot-luck.
On tap we have Oatmeal Stout, Honey Wheat, and a nice Wheat beer.
The pit has been going since 4:00am, I am smoking a 14lb brisket (skirt or flank steak to some), 30 Kiolbassa sausages and some bratwurst we brought back from Upper Michigan last summer.
It's 45 degrees (not all that cold, really, even fer a Texun) and drizzling, but the fire is warm and smells good.
