I'm Having a problem with keeping my temp down in my refridgerator for lagering... this is my first lager and Can't keep my temp to stay still.... I just purchased a fridge for lagering ( Cheap one outta the paper) Works great! infact a lil too good... My Carboy is the only thing in the fridge... but my temp on it keeps dropping... even when i turn the fridge on Just past the off setting... I've been just turning the fridge off for a lil while and then on to try to keep it around 52.... sooo as i am sure everyone knows this is getting old.... Is there any way to fix this problem? I'm not sure if it's getting too cold cause it's the only thing in the full size fridge or if i should stuff a bunch of blankets in there to try to warm the beer..... If anyone has any ideas or if they have had the same problem... Please let me know
Thanks
