Ok, if you get the truck than we can move the 20 tons of malt to the facility. The hops are arriving via air freight and the new casks will be here by September.

UK brewing is out of 3 pump beer engines but we can make do with multiple singles.

Aww come on, this sounds too good not to share.

On a possibly related note, I'd love to get into brewing, and would jump at the chance to volunteer/intern/help at any breweries or even with home brewers...

Good News- UK Brewing hnow has 3 pump beer engines back in stock. Bad news - Shipping went up a bit.

Purified water lines are readly in place at the first location but would have to be added to the second though $/sq.ft is much higher at #2.

KT has volunteered to fly over and do one batch later in the year.

I'll leave that up to Meridian. I love Both Tower of Power and The Memphis Horns equally. What is the difference in cost?

I found a deal on some used Grundy tanks, but supplies for those are getting hard to come by, I think we should stick with what we got, since it's going to be mostly cask anyways.
