Long time drinker and first time poster to this sight. About 3 weeks ago a friend of mine had a grage sale and he had a kit for brewing beer for sale. I went on the internet and found that new kits were selling for about the same he was selling his busted up set so I bought a new one. I found it in a place called Homebrew Headquarters(in Plano TX) they helped me alot so far but I think Im making them mad by calling them every day asking what to do next. so any help you experts can give would be great. Just to let yall know where Im at I had the wort in my primary fermentor for about 4 days and transfered it to the secondary fermentor and now it has been in there for about a week. when do I bottle and when can I DRINK!!!?

Welcome and I hope we can be of help. We will need more info inorder to answer your questions.
What type of beer is it?
Did you take any gravity readings? What were they and when did you take them?
What temp did the fermenter sit at during fermentation/
This info will help us help you. bear in mind that it is not hard to make good beer.

Well it was a can of malt that said bock beer on it. I brewed it 10 min chilled it to 80 degrees and tested it at 70 degrees after i pitched the yeast the hydrometer reading was 10??? I put it in a closet at 75 degrees.

A bock beer is a lager style. It needs a secondary fermentation for a longer period and at much cooler temps if it did indeed come with lager yeast. Did you happen to notice if it was ale yeast or lager yeast?

Seeing as how bocks are lagers, I would say you might be better off letting that sit in the secondsry fermenter for awhile at 50 degrees. You can let it go at warmer temps but you will get differetn flavors then you would at cooler temps. They may allow the beer to be drinkable, which is most likely, or they may give some rather unpleasant flavors, less likley.
Either way, i wouyld let it sti a few more days at the least before bottling.

Thanks for your help. I will let it sit a while longer but it is still in my closet cuz I do not have a place I can store it at 50 degrees anywhere in my house. If I put it my fridge my wife would kill me and she is the bread winner around here Im just a stay at home dad (no income)

There is no such thing as"just a stay at home dad." I did it for awhile and would do it again.
