I need to add the following to my beer for the London, England profile:
Gypsum (CaSO4) - 1g
Table Salt - 1.5g
Epsom Salt (MgSO4) - 2g
Calcium Chloride (CaCl) - 1g
Baking Soda (NaHCO3) - 4g
Chalk (CaCO3) - .5g
Being the fact I do not have a scale to measure grams, do you guys know a way to convert these to volumes i.e. tsp or tbsp?
Thanks,
Adam

The problem with using volume as a proxy to weight is that all the substances all have different densities.
Instead, you can start with this web site:
Mass of US coins (http://www.classroomtools.com/coin.htm)
Then, make a simple little balance scale out of a dowel or something similar. Put a small scratch/notch in the center, then tie it with some thread. Similarly, tie a dixie cup on each end with some more thread. Put a little bit of clay, putty, or even chewing gum on one end or the other of the dowel so that the whole thing balances evenly while empty.
Then, get a few paper clips and thumb tacks or other small objects and figure out how much each one weighs (ie, how many paper clips balance out a penny or nickel or dime). Then, its only a little bit of math to give you a reasonable basis for measuring. You'll be surprised how accurate it really can be.
Finally, use enough paper clips/thumb tacks in 1 end to add up to your desired weight, and spoon enough powder into the other end to balance it.
