Twin Cities fall BJCP Class

I'm helping coordinate the Twin Cities BJCP class for this fall, it will be held on Tuesday evenings starting August 30th, with the exam tenatively scheduled for Dec. 10th. if you're at all interested in joining us for the class, PM me and I can give you more specifics...

wow, no takers? maybe I should elaborate a little: once a week, we get together, talk about the science of brewing beer and how to become a better brewer, and then move on to drink some of the best beers in the world...

(and, for further enticement for the homebrewers, frequent visitors and hosts for the BJCP classes include three BJCP directors, the current AHA Meadmaker of the year, and several other major award winning brewers. if you can't learn how to make a good beer from this class, it just ain't happening... ;) )

Yeah, I was gonna post that I wish I lived in Minn to be able to participate, but I didn't want it to look like I was padding my posts! ;)

I seriously wish I could find some classes around me...and the time to take them.
