Beer Club
We have recently started a beer club that meets monthly up in Minnesota. The club consists of seven members who want to be exposed to good regional and imported brews. At the first meeting, we each brought a six-pack of a new beer, which were tasted, discussed, and rated. Our club also collects dues which will be used for "field trips". We are looking for suggestions on beers or "monthly themes" to try, as well as any tips from other beer clubs.

I would love to join a Beer Club! But my wife thinks I'm constantly doing research now! How would I convince my wife that I'm meeting a bunch of guys to taste test beer and take field trips to Brewerys? I don't think my wife would believe me!

I'm slowly teaching her all that is involved with brewing beer and ingredient selection and so on. Maybe I can get her in a club too!

What's involved in starting a beer club?
A few people I know who would be interested are in my reserve unit so meeting once a month wouldn't be a problem.
