Oregon Brewers Festival

Who's going?

My wife and I are flying up Wednesday night so we can catch all four days of the festival. I missed it last year because of a stupid wedding in Malibu. (OK, so the wedding wasn't stupid, but I missed the festival!)

Can't wait. This years beer list (http://www.oregonbrewfest.com/breweries_2005.htm) looks pretty good. The weather forecast looks good too. It should be in the 80's throught the festival.

My week is packed so I will not be able to go, but if you get the chance, try some of Manny's Pale Ale from Georgetown brewing. It is some good stuff! It's also brewed 2 blocks from my work, so I have a soft spot.

Brewer's dinner on Wednesday is a lot of fun as well, if you can make it. (You can get tickets through the Oregon Brewers Guild)
Then the fest on Thursday.
Remember to try the Oaked Arrogant Bastard......incredible on tap!
