Check out The Towne Halle. It's my personal fave. It's on Washington Ave kind of across 35W from the Metrodome.

I second the vote for the Town Hall. Sampled it all; everything was terrific - even the home-brewed root beer! :)

I'll be up there 2nd week in August, but unfortunately only for one night - and will probably be tied up with business dinner.

Thanks for the recommendation. My girlfriend and I checked out the Town Hall Brewery (http://www.townhallbrewery.com) and it was great.
I tried the West Bank Pub Ale and the Cask IPA
she had the Bright Spot Golden ale and the Life Liberty (seasonal)
I really enjoyed both beers I had, and though I just tried a sip of hers they seemed like pretty decent beers as well.
Food was great too. So if your ever in the area I suggest checking it out.

If on Wash Ave. and you get tired of the pub brew scene, grab a bite to eat at The Monte Carlo.
